Gal Gadot, known for her iconic on-screen kiss with Chris Pine in Wonder Woman, recently shared a kiss with comedian Kate McKinnon during a hilarious parody of the superhero film on Saturday Night Live. The skit showcased two lesbian characters portrayed by McKinnon and Bryant, who venture into Themyscira, an island exclusively inhabited by stunning women.
During the recent episode of Saturday Night Live, Gal Gadot and Kate McKinnon had a kissing scene in a sketch about their superhero film. Even though the skit hinted at a romantic connection between the two, it was later confirmed that they both do not identify as lesbians. Aidy Bryant and Kate were disappointed by this revelation. Gal tried to make amends by offering to kiss one of them to see if there might be any spark.
The scene began with Aidy Bryant, who is 30 years old, and her lesbian friend Kate arriving at the picturesque Themyscira Island.
At first glance, the women were elated to reach a place that was exclusively inhabited by their gender. Their faces lit up with happiness as they stepped onto the soil.
After experiencing a major setback, Kate and Aidy were feeling pretty down. As they discussed their disappointment, Aidy expressed that she was struggling to cope emotionally. Kate chimed in, reminding Gal that they weren’t just test subjects for her to play around with – unless she was willing to try the experiment on herself first. Despite feeling hesitant, Kate offered to volunteer, but unfortunately, Gal’s kiss didn’t do anything for her. The whole thing was a letdown for everyone involved. As a result, Kate and Aidy made the tough decision to pack up and leave the island behind, heading towards their next destination: Lesbos.
Gal tried to comfort the ladies by showing her willingness to understand their feelings. She made a lighthearted remark about giving one of them a kiss to gain a deeper understanding of their emotions.
Gal expressed remorse after kissing Kate and revealed that she did not feel any emotional connection during the encounter.
